What began as a small team of Dubrovnik hosts in 2012 has grown into a dedicated collective of villa specialists and concierges shaping bespoke moments along the coast.
Why we exist
Travel should feel personal, not pre-packaged
When we welcomed our first guests, we realised they sought far more than a villa. They wanted the keys to Dubrovnik: the family-run konobas, the artisans restoring stone villas, the skippers who know every inlet by name. We created Dubrovnik Coast to open those doors.
Today we continue to handpick residences, orchestrate unforgettable experiences, and stay by your side from initial consultation to the farewell toast atop the city walls.

2012
Founded in Dubrovnik Old Town
Dubrovnik Coast began as a boutique villa consultancy, born from a belief that travellers deserved locally curated stays instead of anonymous rentals.
2015
Concierge team expands along the coast
We added in-house concierges covering the Elaphiti Islands, Pelješac peninsula, and Korčula, partnering with chefs, skippers, and guides we trust implicitly.
2018
Design partnerships with local architects
Our portfolio began to feature architectural villas and sensitively restored heritage homes shaped by Dubrovnik’s leading architects and designers.
