How far in advance should I book?

Peak summer dates book out 8–12 months ahead. Shoulder season (May, June, September) usually has more flexibility.

Do I pay a deposit to secure a villa or apartment?

Yes. Most stays require a 30–40% deposit at confirmation, with the balance due before arrival. Exact terms are listed on your booking summary.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx) and bank transfer for select properties. All card payments are secured and encrypted.

Is there a security deposit?

Some properties require a refundable security deposit. The amount and release timing vary by home and are shown before you confirm.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. We will always try to arrange early arrival or late departure when the schedule allows.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes. We can arrange private cars, vans, or boats. Let us know your flight details and preferred vehicle type.

Can you help with itinerary planning?

Absolutely. Our concierge team can organise restaurant bookings, private tours, boat days, wine tastings, and on-the-spot assistance.

Are housekeeping and linens included?

Yes. Professional cleaning and fresh linens are included. Additional mid-stay housekeeping can be arranged on request.

Do you accommodate special requests?

Dietary needs, celebrations, grocery pre-stocking, childcare, and wellness sessions can be arranged with advance notice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Policies vary by property. We outline the specific cancellation terms before you confirm and in your booking summary. Travel insurance is recommended.
