Payments
We accept major cards via Stripe and, where offered, bank transfer. All card payments are processed securely. Currency and fees are confirmed before you pay.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by property. The schedule and any non-refundable amounts are shown before you confirm. We recommend appropriate travel insurance.
Security deposits
Some homes require a refundable security deposit or card pre-authorisation to cover damages or excessive cleaning. Release timing is property-specific.
Guest responsibilities
Primary guests must be 18+ and ensure all occupants follow house rules, occupancy limits, and local regulations. Any issues should be reported immediately so we can assist.
Changes to reservations
Date or guest count changes depend on availability and property approval. Additional costs may apply. We will confirm options in writing before adjusting your booking.
