This luxury accommodation spans about 600 m². The ground floor features a large open-plan living and dining area with access to the sea-view terrace. A beautiful fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room with comfortable leather sofas and seating for up to 10 people. Large TV screens provide a home-theatre experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and cooking utensils. The ground-floor terrace overlooks the swimming pool and offers magnificent sea views. Also on the ground floor: a bathroom with shower and one bedroom. On the first floor are additional bathrooms and spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with balcony and en-suite. Decorated with Italian furniture, mosaic tiles, and lots of storage space. Amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, cable TV, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and baby cot on request. The house is surrounded by terraces and an amazing lawn with plenty of space for kids, and enjoys views of the open sea and nearby islands. Non-smoking.
