The West Villa, the larger of the two villas, consists of a 3-story construction with three separate front terraces overlooking the sea and a covered garage. The villa can host up to 14 guests with accommodations arranged in four separate bedrooms, plus a spacious attic space that can be converted into a sleeping area for four people. The ground floor offers a very spacious living and dining room with a top-of-the-line kitchen and all appliances. A bedroom with a single bed plus one pullout bed is located opposite a bathroom and a separate laundry room. The large covered terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture including tables, chairs, and chaise lounges for comfort in the shade. The first floor has 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed, one with twin beds, and one with extra pullout beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with full-size tub). The attic offers an open space with a queen bed on one side and a sofa bed on the other. This sofa bed can be converted into a full-size queen bed. The villa combines traditional wooden design with modern luxury, offering comfort, style, and breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea.
